Price Match+ Policy

We want you to feel 110% confident in shopping with us. We are committed to making sure we are easy to do business with. If our Free shipping on all orders over $50 wasn't enough, we are also going to guarantee our prices! If you find your recently purchased item for a lower price on another qualified website let us know within 7 days of your purchase date. We'll not only match their price, we'll even give you 10% of the difference!

Each price is subject to verification. Upon approval, we will issue additional Rewards Points in the value of the Price Match good towards your next purchase with us or you can convert the points into an in-store gift certificate. There are just a few rules below, so check them out before submitting your price match claim to make sure that it qualifies.

Click the link above to email your Price Match+ request and we will review and respond within 24 hours or less. Include your name, invoice # of your previous purchase, and a link or copy of the source for the product we are to price match.

Qualifications

• You must first purchase the item on TriVeloSports.com prior to any Price Match+ claim being filed.

• We do not Price Match any dealer outside of the U.S.

• We will gladly match prices on our competitors' regular priced merchandise, as well as close-outs and sale items as long as the items are the same model year, are still available, and they are still honoring the prices. The item must be available at the lower price in the exact size, color, flavor, or other option that you would like to purchase from our website.

• Any item you wish to Price Match must be in stock at the other retailer.

• Any item you wish to Price Match must be new and in the original packaging - we cannot match a special price another store has because an item has been returned without packaging or in less than new condition.

• Price Matching is not valid with other offers/discounts. If you have a club, race or other type of discount, you cannot price match an item and then apply your discount to the new price.  We will apply whichever will give you the lower price.

• We do not Price Match shipping charges.

• We do not Price Match other retailers' percent off sales.

• We will only Price Match with other authorized U.S. dealers of the brand you wish to match.

• Web site must be run by a valid U.S. Corporation.

• Comparison sites must be a valid internet retailer and the product price must be advertised and on their site at the time of price verification.

• We do not match prices listed on auction sites or club membership sites such as eBay, Costco etc.

• If a refund is determined applicable, we will issue you a gift certificate or points in equivalent value good towards your next purchase with us.
  

• Occasionally, a price that you find is so low that we just can't match it, so we do reserve the right to decline any Price Match item at our discretion.
